| Membership and Rewards is based upon all 3 of the above product lines |
| Club Calibre status will automatically be extended for the next year if customer meets program requirements unless either party terminates the agreement in writing 30 days prior to December 31 of the year in question. |

| Free spec samples are limited to one color, one position printing. Additional colors or print positions are available for an additional charge. |

| Purchases used to qualify or maintain Club Calibre status must be made within a calendar year. |
|
| Club Calibre program offerings will only be performed at the request of the customer. |

| If customer has no purchase activity in a three (3) month period, Calibre International has the right to suspend or downgrade the customer's Club Calibre status. |

| Calibre International reserves the right to modify all or any portion of the Club Calibre program, requirements or benefits without notice. |
|
| Freight is not included in any Club Calibre benefits. |
|
| All rush order upgrades are subject to EQP quantities. |

| Certain benefits of the Club Calibre program may be subject to separate terms and conditions. |

| Calibre International reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Club Calibre program from time to time in order to meet future needs. |
