Customer Care
Customer service is what our business is all about. Our goal is to offer the best customer service in the industry. During business hours, you will always be greeted by one of our receptionist, not voice mail. You will be assigned a specific customer service rep who will become familiar with your account and your needs so they can better service you. Our customer service department is open to serve you from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
In-House Production
We actually manufacture most of our water bottles from start to finish at our California facility. We also print all of our products in-house. We are able to do up to five spot colors and four color process printing on bottles.
We take the trust you place in us seriously. We guard your image as if it were our own. Our art department utilizes the most advanced software to help make your product design a masterpiece. Custom ink matching guarantees your logo or design prints exactly the way you want. Staff artists are available to offer creative assistance and advice - such as helping select the best color combinations, suggesting cost savings ideas ... and more.

We are always open to Rush Services. Contact your customer service representative and let us know what you have in mind.
Freight Estimating
Our customer service representatives are set up to provide you quick accurate shipping quotes for our merchandise. Smaller orders are usually shipped via UPS. Larger orders are shipped via UPS or a common carrier.
Custom Products
From an Idea on a napkin - If you can imagine it, we can create it for you. From concept to prototype to market. By combining our designers with California Line's state-of-the-art prototyping process, we can design and decorate a physical sample quickly.
An existing product - with a difference. From a custom color, mold modification or completely new mold. You'll get exactly the "exclusive" product you're looking for.
Sample Policy
Online Ordering - Order samples online. Browse our products and place sample orders quickly and easily. Just click on the sample Order button found on each product page.
Random Samples - Random samples are free. Please supply your UPS or FedEx number and we will send them out quickly.
Pre Production Samples $100.00 [v] Preproduction proof for Premium Color Bottles/Caps plus the Setup Up Charges for the imprints. $30.00 (v) Preproduction proof for Express bottles only plus Setup Charges.$25.00 (v) Computer generated preproduction proof.
